Review the FDD

Next, our team will send you a copy of the Roofing.com Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your review. You will have 14 days to review the document.

Apply for Financing

After the FDD review, this is the time to apply for financing if needed!

Sign the Documents

Once we have all decided to move forward, you will review our FA (franchise agreement), sign and become Roofing.com franchise partner!

Regulations prohibit us from making any earnings claims on our site. For more exact numbers within our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), fill out the initial contact form. 

For roofing.com there will be an area of primary responsibility which will be designated by the franchisor.

Our franchise fee is $50,000 with an initial investment ranging from $143,500-$255,900. Some of the fees that our franchise partners can expect to pay are a Royalty fee of 7% of gross sales, a Local Advertising Expenditure, and a Corporate Marketing Fund as a percentage of gross sales

Our franchisees must have good people skills, be good at time management, have high personal standards and some basic construction skills. Franchisees will need to meet the basic financial requirements of $143,500-$255,900.

Our franchisees gain support in all areas pertinent to operating a successful roofing.com franchise. Ongoing support includes — but is not limited to — customer service and marketing strategies, operational support from top to bottom, accounting to scheduling to overhead and budgeting, gauging job estimates, online training videos, access to top professionals working with new products – and don’t forget our annual convention that covers a multitude of areas!
